Everything was great. One suggestion: sew handles on the stows (same as you have on your mattresses)

I bought several of two different products, meditation cushions, and bolsters. The products are wonderful. The shipping was less than wonderful. Everything was thrown into one large, very flimsy cardboard box that was so heavy, it was impossible to even move. It was completely crushed and ripped in a few places when it got to me, thankfully the items inside weren’t damaged. Common sense would say to split up the shipping into several smaller boxes that people could actually handle.

I like White Lotus is local. I live in NJ. Organic and safe products are really important to me and my family.

Your service is great, thank you. The pillow is beautiful and perfect for sleeping on my back. I am a small person but it's not quite enough for side sleeping. Perhaps I will order some extra filling. There was an odor and I let it air out for a week but it needs more.

The cloth and stuffing both feel like great quality. Nice craftsmanship on the zipper, as well. It seems like it will be easy to clean the liner or replace the stuffing as the years go by, so feels like a good long-term pillow.
