Order Returns, Modifications, Cancellations, and Exchange Policy

 

Order Modification:

Most orders may be adjusted or modified the same day the order is placed. An upgrade of materials may incur an additional charge. Beyond the 24 hour-period, you will be charged a fee that is 30% of your order total to make any modifications that result in a downgrade of materials.  Any items added to an order the day after it is placed will be accepted as a new order.


Order Cancellation:

All orders may be canceled prior to shipment, at which time we will issue a credit for the full purchase price. Your store credit will be valid for one year following the original purchase date and cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions. Should you prefer a refund, we offer penalty-free cancellations within 1 day of ordering. Cancellations beyond that time will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.

Exchanges & Returns:

Only applies to all White Lotus Home manufactured products, excluding Mattresses.

Ineligible for Return or Exchange:   

  • Used or washed bedding
  • Custom pieces
  • Clearance items
  • Wholesale Fibers or Fabrics

Acceptable for Return or Exchange:

  • New, unused bedding
  • Original condition
  • Within 30 days of receipt


Exchanges:

Unused bedding can be exchanged in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. For items of lesser value than the original purchase, a credit will be issued for the difference, or a refund can be given minus a 30% restocking fee of the original item. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. For items of equal or greater value than the original purchase, the Restocking Fee will be waived. All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before an exchange can be processed, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.

Returns:

Unused bedding can be exchanged in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.  A credit will be issued for the full purchase price, or a refund can be issued minus a 30% Restocking Fee of the original item. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund or credit can be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.

The customer is responsible for bringing, shipping and returning the item to White Lotus Home.  If you'd like to begin a return or exchange, please visit our showroom, call (732) 828-2111 or email info@whitelotushome.com. All refunds will be issued by the method they were received. For orders placed by credit card, PayPal, ZELLE, VENMO or Klarna, please allow up to 14 business days for funds to return to your account, as processing time may vary by financial institution. Orders paid by cash or check will receive a check sent via USPS. 


If you opt to receive a Store Credit for the full purchase price, a user-specific coupon code will be crafted for your use online, by phone, or in-store and sent to you via email. Please note that all store credits expire within one year from the date of issue and unless otherwise specified, cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions.

Not sure if a White Lotus Home mattress is right for you? If you live within the contiguous US, try one for 120 nights, if you are unhappy, return it for either a 100% Credit Towards a New Purchase, that is good for one year, or a 70% refund of total payment.

If you opt to receive a Full Store Credit, a coupon code will be created and emailed to you, for you to use online, by phone, or in-store. Please note that all store credits expire 12 months from the date of issue and NO credits can be combined with ANY other coupons or promotions.


120-Night Return Policy: Return your mattress options

Option 1: Product Defect If it is proven that your mattress has a manufacturing defect, please first contact us via phone or email within 120 days of receiving your purchase. Send photos and/or videos of the issue(s) as soon as possible so that we can figure out the best solution and next step. (i.e. inspection, updating, adjustment or new instructions, replacement or repair).

Option 2: Satisfaction If you are unhappy with the mattress, please contact us within 120 days and present your concerns so that we can consider the next best steps. Our main goal is to try and keep you as happy as possible!


How will the mattress reach White Lotus Home for a return or exchange?

If you are within a 200 miles radius of our main location, in New Brunswick, NJ, we would be happy to arrange removal at no cost to you. If you are outside this radius and upon White Lotus Home's discretion, we would decide to either have the mattress picked up or we would kindly ask you to send us legal proof that you have disposed of it; this is decided on a case-by-case basis, PLEASE do not dispose of the mattress, we will not issue any refunds or credits if we do not have legal proof of any issues previously submitted and proof that a resolution has been offered and accepted first. If you'd like to begin a site inspection, return or exchange, please call (732) 828-2111 or email info@whitelotushome.com. 

You need a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 


PLEASE NOTE: It is White Lotus Homes' own discretion, to pick up the mattress, send a third party to pick it up or ask you to kindly dispose of it. For legal and accounting purposes, we will request that you please send us pictures and a note stating and showing legal proof it has been discarded before we can process a refund. 

DISCLAIMER: To qualify for our 120-Night Mattress Guarantee: Valid ONLY in the Contiguous USA.

    1. You must have tried your new White Lotus Home mattress for 30 nights. (With our natural mattress, it can sometimes take your body a few weeks to adjust). 
    2. The mattress must be covered with a mattress protector and be free of any stains or damage.
    3. You must have ordered your mattress directly from White Lotus Home, if not, please first contact who you ordered and paid for it directly. 
    4. You are only allowed to do this once per mattress order, please make sure all steps are taken before starting a claim. 
    5. You must be located within the contiguous US, sorry, this 120-Night Mattress Guarantee does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or International orders. 

Fibers & Fabrics:  NO RETURNS:

Dear friends, due to the nature of our business and the many folks with chemical and allergic sensitivities using our products, we can not accept any returns on Raw Fibers or Fabrics.  Please try and be 150% sure before you make a final Fibers or Fabric purchase. If you need a sample, please ask and we will send you free samples. No refunds or returns accepted on any Fibers of Fabrics orders. There is no exception to this rule, please call, email or text your questions, we are here to help.
